House Rules
To ensure a seamless and safe experience for all creators and guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following venue guidelines during your event at James Room Augusta.

Guest Age Policy: We welcome guests age 21 and over after 9:00 PM with a valid ID. To ensure a great fit for our community, we collaborate with you to review and approve all events before confirming.

Alcohol Policy: No outside alcohol is permitted. All beverages must be provided through our licensed bar service to ensure compliance with local regulations.

Noise & Neighbors: As a downtown creative loft, we respect our creative neighbors. Sound levels must remain within venue-specified limits, especially during load-in and load-out.

Security Protocols: Larger events or ticketed sets may require dedicated security staff. Security requirements will be finalized during your booking discovery call.

Timing: Please adhere strictly to your contracted load-in and load-out windows. Overtime and early arrival fees apply to ensure the space is ready for all artists.

Space Care: We ask guests to remove personal decor. To keep our studio pristine, a $175 cleaning and attendant fee occurs per booking. Any damage repair is the host's duty.
